SHIPPING CHARGES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: Continental USA "Standard" deliveries will be delivered using UPS Ground OR USPS Priority Mail with a normal delivery time of 2-5 days. You will always receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. The cost of "Standard" delivery averages between $5.40 and $7.90, depending on the weight of the items ordered. If you choose another type of service such as one of our expedited options, the price will be calculated based on weight and desired service. Shipping costs will be shown on your order form after you select the service you desire - you will have a chance to change your delivery option or cancel before your order goes through. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer - these items are noted accordingly (called "Drop Ship" items). Drop Ship items do not qualify for free shipping and may take a little longer to deliver, depending on the manufacturer. Drop Ship items are not always available for international shipping, so please contact us if you are one of our international friends. APO/FPO/PO SHIPMENTS: Deliveries to an APO, FPO or PO address will be sent first class mail via the US Postal Service. UPS does not ship to APO or PO addresses. No fee is added to APO/PO shipments for special handling and delivery to the post office. With US Post Office delivery you will also receive a tracking number. ALASKA AND HAWAII: Alaska and Hawaii customers please choose USPS Airmail for a freight estimate. Our charges to you will be the actual postage cost from USPS. Please call us to verify cost before shipment if you would like. UPS service is also available for quicker delivery, but be aware freight charges are more expensive using UPS. Free shipping coupon does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii orders. CANADA: We gladly accept orders from Canada. The customer is responsible to pay the import duties levied by the Canadian Government. We ship UPS Express or USPS Airmail only. Shipping time for UPS EXPRESS is 2 to 3 business days and USPS Airmail is 4 to 20 business days.
